The No. 2 heat treatment furnace of Pugang Rolling Mill Project is a relatively novel open flame double stepping beam type heat treatment furnace. The steel plate passes through the heat treatment furnace through the input and output furnace roller path and the furnace bottom mechanical equipment to complete the heat treatment process, and the steel plate can be "stepped" in the furnace. The fuel is mixed gas, and the side burner adopts the pulse combustion control mode to better control the furnace temperature and ensure the uniformity of the steel plate temperature. The oven is expected to be in production for 12 days, after the success of the oven, the No. 2 heat treatment furnace can be put into production.
