Experts from the competent government departments, scientific research institutions and well-known enterprises in Zhejiang Province exchanged ideas with the remote photoelectric engineers to make suggestions for the standard formulation. The spectral illuminance meter is favored by the lighting field with its accuracy, lightness and measurement function. In recent years, it has been widely used in lighting R&D design and engineering acceptance. However, the corresponding standards for spectrophotometers have been in a state of deficiency, and it is necessary to improve the relevant standards to promote the standardization of spectrophotometer products. The formulation of the Zhejiang Spectral Illumination Standard will fill the gaps in the standardization work of the international and domestic spectral illuminometers, and provide a basic guarantee for high-quality testing products certification. The Zhejiang manufacturing group standard is an important part of the Zhejiang Province's strong provincial strategy and the basis for Zhejiang manufacturing brand certification. Yuanfang Optoelectronics undertakes the drafting of this standard. It is also based on the actual situation in China. Pillow block, also
known as plumber block, which are bearing housings supplied without any
bearings and are usually meant for higher load ratings and a separately
installed bearing.
Pillow block or Plummer block housings can be used
with high-capacity spherical roller bearings or self-aligning ball bearings.
They are manufactured from high-strength cast iron as standard but are also
available in cast steel or spheroidal graphite cast iron. The housings have a
re-lubrication facility and can be used with either oil or grease lubrication.
Pillow
block or Plummer block can
be 1 or 2- piece split types held together by two or four cap bolts. Most bases
provide two or four mounting bolts. Most blocks are of Class 30 gray cast iron.
