I just got to Roberts Park Full Still House Fire at 9016 Christina Drive in Hickory Hills, Illinois, 60457. When I arrived, it had already been about 20 minutes since the first emergency responders were called to the scene. By then, the fire was already under control. I took a few pictures while I was there. Mutual aid came from several nearby departments including North Palos, Bridgeview, Oak Lawn, Chicago Ridge, and Evergreen Park. I'll upload more photos to my website soon. The last photo I took is of a brand-new Hickory Hills Police car that was parked on the road, likely used for traffic control.

Here’s one of the images I captured. It shows the aftermath of the fire, with firefighters still on site ensuring everything is secure.
This next image is of Roberts Park Fire Department’s Ambulance 31. You can see how prepared they were to handle any medical emergencies during the incident.
Oak Lawn Fire Department sent their Battalion 1 over to assist. Their presence was crucial given the scale of the response required.
Another shot featuring Oak Lawn Battalion 1. Their equipment and personnel played an essential role in managing the situation effectively.
Bridgeview Fire Department brought their Engine 425 to help. It's always reassuring to see such coordinated efforts across departments when dealing with major incidents like these.
Oak Lawn Fire Department also deployed their own ambulance unit, number 2, which added another layer of support during the operation.
Looking at the main structure where the fire occurred, you can see the extent of the damage despite the rapid response from all parties involved.
North Palos Fire Protection District sent their Battalion 8 over as well. Their assistance helped ensure no detail was overlooked during cleanup and investigation phases.
Roberts Park Fire Department also mobilized significant resources. This photo captures part of their team in action.
Finally, here’s a closer look at the Hickory Hills police vehicle that was parked on the road, likely acting as a temporary checkpoint or directing traffic away from the affected area.
It’s amazing to witness how quickly and efficiently different agencies work together during emergencies like this one. Safety and coordination are clearly top priorities for everyone involved. I’ll keep sharing updates as they become available!
