Berwyn house fire 10-11-12

There was a full structure fire at 1524 Wesley Street tonight. Engine 902 arrived to find flames on the first floor. Engine 904 ventilated the roof, while Engine 903 took the rear. I was just down the street when they went out. Here are some photos of the firefighters in action.

The fire was quite intense, and it's clear that the crews worked quickly and professionally. Itâ€™s always sobering to see these kinds of incidents, but it's reassuring to know that our emergency services are ready and able to respond.
