3, improve the screw vacuum pump seal box (alias packing), the upper pipe T2 copper rod wire drawing strand flange and other leaks
4, cooling circulating water?] There is an entry or water pipe blockage, the gate valve is not open
5, the screw vacuum pump disk leaks steam, the pump damage is serious or destroyed
6, improve the entrance and exit gate valve is not closed
