Experts at the meeting listened to the introduction of Xichai's quality work by Zhang Xifeng, assistant of Xichai's factory manager, and learned that Xichai has adopted quality management as an entry point and gradually introduced the model of excellent performance management. This on-site meeting is the first time that the China Quality Association held a typical sharing and exchange activity for quality award-winning companies nationwide. At the meeting, Li Xiaofei, senior quality expert of the China Quality Association, gave an introduction to the “National Quality Award†and the model of excellence performance.
Known as China's "Quality Oscar", the "National Quality Award", which symbolizes the country's highest quality honor, was established in 2001.
