Hung Hom's R&D team has been focusing on the research and development of high-power core technology, STC self-cooling technology, short runway cooling technology, mesoporous convection cooling technology, DPT coating cooling technology, and IC DOB five core technologies, which basically solve the high power. The first lamp is the long neck V1. The V1 has built-in STC self-cooling device. According to the change of the application environment temperature, the product automatically adjusts its own temperature to ensure the reliability and life of the product. The second lamp is the third-generation bulb IC DOB. In many countries, there are voltage instability and large fluctuations. Then, according to the customer's pain point, Hung Hom came back to conduct market research and confirmed that this is indeed a good idea. Then he said that he did it, and proposed the IC DOB concept through R&D special meeting. And imported into research and development, through half a year of design verification, half a year of small batch test sales, accumulated more than a year of data, confirmed stable and reliable, and then fully promoted. It has overcome the key technologies of EMC, high power factor, full voltage, 2.5KV surge lamp, and overcomes the problems of chip devices, equipment and processes. In the case of solving this problem, we have also improved production efficiency, achieved fully automatic production, and reduced manufacturing costs. Therefore, it is more efficient and the performance is more stable. After solving the technical problems, the third-generation bulb IC DOB was born. The IC DOB technology creatively moved the driving power source from the high-temperature sealed heat-dissipating cavity to the lower-temperature blister, and the temperature dropped directly above 30 °C, greatly improving the components.
