  负极:Pb+H2SO4-2e- PbSO4+2H+

  正极:PbO2+H2SO4+2H++2e- PbSO4+2H2O

  电池反应:Pb+2H2SO4+PbO2 2PbSO4+2H2O

  其结构部件主要为正极板(PbO2),负极板(铅钙或铅锑等合金),板栅(金属合金)等,铅酸电池在放电时会形成PbSO4结晶体,充电时PbSO4中铅离子被还原为金属铅,从而实现电能化学能电能的转换。

  研究表明蓄电池在实际使用中因维护不当,例如经常充电不足、长期过放电、深度放电等原因。在电池正、负极板上就会逐渐产生一种坚硬且导电不良的结晶体硫酸铅(PbSO4),这种硫酸铅结晶体用常规方法充电,很难与之发生还原反应,在充电时,充电接受能力很差,自身耗电量大,产生大量热能释放出大量气体,这种现象被称为“不可逆硫酸盐化”,简称“硫化”或“盐化”。电池因硫化而使电池内阻增大,容量下降,甚至使电池因无法充电而报废。铅酸蓄电池在实际使用中,从硫酸铅的重结晶过程可以知道,小结晶体一方面因充电而分解,另一方面因放电而重结晶,这种分解和重结晶过程会使滞留在极板上的结晶体越来越多,使电池硫化也越来越严重。因此,铅酸电池硫化是不可避免的现象,要提高电池蓄电容量,延长电池的使用寿命就必须在硫化上作文章,郑州欧美电子技术有限公司研制的电脑数控蓄电池(瓶)再生修复系统能击碎电池结晶体,恢复各构件功能,提高蓄电池活力。

  技术原理

  鉴于消除电池硫化是利用脉冲谐波成分的原理,多产生脉冲就可以改善修复效果。系统采用最先进的谐振式复合脉冲修复技术.通过测定电池状态.在充、放电的同时不断发出正负变频脉冲.与电池中的硫酸铅结晶体发生共振,从而使硫酸铅晶体还原成硫离子和铅离子.改变电介质成份和性质.每秒产生30万组复合脉冲提高修复效率(谐振频率达)1兆赫兹以上.打通离子通道,充分释放并激活原活性物质,使其具备更强的电化学能力,降低电池内阻,彻底消除电池硫化。经过再生复原的铅酸蓄电池,其容量可恢复到原标称容量的99.66%以上,甚至100%。
