Working fire in Morton Grove, 8-28-14

Here's what Larry Shapiro shared:

While returning from a 3-11 alarm fire in Chicago, I was on the Edens Expressway when Morton Grove was dispatched to a reported house fire at 5845 W. Keeney. Upon arrival, the situation was upgraded to a Code 4 working fire based on a police report confirming the presence of a fire.

I arrived shortly after the first units had already entered the structure. The fire had burned through the roof of the small split-level home but was quickly brought under control. Below are some photos from the scene.
