These bearings are made of a metal backing (sintered porous bronze) combined with a PTFE polymer layer. The metal base provides structural strength, while the sintered bronze layer ensures strong mechanical adhesion between the base and the bearing lining. The PTFE polymer offers excellent low friction even under dry conditions and is designed for operation with minimal lubrication. This construction enhances dimensional stability and improves thermal conductivity, making it ideal for long-term performance with or without lubrication.

3. Low-carbon steel base offers high load capacity and efficient heat dissipation.
