WHOLE CORE FLAME RESISTANT CONVEYER BELT (PVC/PVG TYPE)
This type of conveyor belt is divided into two categories: PVC and PVG. The PVC conveyor belt features a PVC coating on both the top and bottom layers, with a single-sided tape thickness of ≥1.0mm and an inclination angle of <16°. The PVG conveyor belt uses nitrile rubber and PVC for the upper and lower layers, offering TPE characteristics. The single-sided tape thickness ranges from 1mm to 3mm, with an inclination angle of <20°.
Structure: Made from the whole core through dipping and plastifying in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) dipping agent or vulcanization. It is fire retardant, antistatic, shock-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
Application: Suitable for underground coal mine haulage and material conveyance in metallurgical and chemical industries.

STEEL CORD CONVEYER BELT
General Steel Cord Conveyer Belt: This belt uses new-type steel cord as the tear-resistant element. It offers high tensile strength, small elongation, excellent troughability, and high flexibility, suitable for long-distance, large-volume, and high-speed material transportation.
Tear Resistant Steel Cord Conveyor Belt: Reinforcing layers of steel cord, fabric, etc., are evenly laid on one or both sides of the lengthways steel cable. It provides excellent impact and tearing resistance performance.
Tear Resist Belt With Detector: It uses new-type steel cord as the tear-resistant element. A phase shift sensor (coil) is built into the core rubber and bottom cover of the steel cord conveyor belt at certain intervals. It automatically alarms and stops when a tear is detected or when the belt runs abnormally and reaches the preset off speed.

NN/EP CONVEYER BELT
Application: EP/NN conveyor belts are suitable for long-distance conveying with high load, speed, and impact. These belts are mainly used in diverse industries for material handling applications such as mining, power, transportation, metallurgy, machinery, logistics, agriculture, and others.

HEAT RESISTANT CONVEYER BELT
Application: Heat resistant conveyor belts are mainly used to transport high-temperature materials such as sintered ore, hot coke, clinker, casting, etc.
Structure: EPDM or SBR as the covering layer rubber, and high modulus low shrinkage polyester or nylon canvas as the strong casing ply. This kind of belt can use heat-resistant woven glass fabric between the cover rubber and the layers to improve the working life of the belt.
Types: We can make it into endless conveyor belts as per client requirements.
