Among them, the amount of purchases of successful bids for medicines sold by medical institutions in the Ministry of Economy and Resources in Ji’nan Province was 640 million yuan, and the profit generated by tenders benefited patients by 92 million yuan.
The relevant staff of the Provincial Health Department said that through centralized procurement of medicines, the procurement practices of medical institutions have been standardized, ensuring the safe and effective use of clinical medicine, reducing the prices of medicines, and enabling patients to receive benefits.
