(2) Extrusion: a vented extruder is used. The process is: the feed section temperature is less than 200 ° C; the cylinder temperature is 300-340 ° C, the joint temperature is 320-340 ° C, and the die temperature is 300-320 ° C.

(3) Molding: suitable for large-scale products, using two compressions, first cooling, then hot pressing. The hot preheating temperature of pure PPS is about 360 °C for 15 min, GFPPS is about 380 °C for 20 min; the molding pressure is 10~30 Mpa, and the mold is cooled to 150 °C.

(4) Spray molding: using suspension spray method and suspension spray and dry powder heat spray mixing method, PPS is sprayed onto the metal surface, and then plasticized and quenched to obtain the coating; PPS coating treatment temperature is 300 ° C Above, keep warm for 30min.
