This service allows teachers to synchronize the use of Office 365 and online sharing center OneNote accounts. Students use laptops to complete all their classroom assignments, and teachers can visit them at any time to check their progress. Students also have access to a resource center where teachers are able to upload all the documents with their lectures and assignments.
The app for creators of this category of OneNote laptops is much easier to use with Office365 for free education. Of course, Microsoft is also keen to promote handwriting integrated surface patches, which makes the class OneNote notebook feel more like a traditional laptop.
