At 10:00 on August 16th, the Jilin Petrochemical Company's key renovation project, the ethylene glycol unit's joint production of ethylene oxide project, successfully produced qualified products. This project invests 52.65 million yuan, using the United States SD advanced technology. In the project construction, Jilin Petrochemical Company's ethanol plant, based on the principle of economy, fully relied on the existing equipment resources to obtain the maximum income with the least investment and improve the ability to resist market risks.
Before the project was started, the Jilin Petrochemical Company's ethanol plant adopted a variety of methods, focusing on the training of driving preparation, opening and stopping operations, and handling of abnormal conditions, so that operators had independent operational capabilities.
In the process of driving preparation, Jilin Petrochemical Company's ethanol plant strictly conducted single-machine test, airtight test, linkage test and water transportation, timely rectification of the 13 problems found, and successfully produced qualified products in only 18 hours.
