Microsoft announced the InstaLoad battery installation technology yesterday. This new technology can help improve the battery installation process, making it easier for users to load batteries without distinguishing between anode and cathode.
Microsoft's technology is licensed for free, and is now available to third-party vendors. For example, Duracell's battery has begun to use InstaLoad technology in its products.
InstaLoad technology can be applied to devices that often need to be replaced, which will facilitate many activities and save a lot of time, such as law enforcement, military, construction, outdoor sports, camping and so on.
The technology is compatible with a wide range of battery types commonly used in consumer electronics such as flashlights, toys, chargers, and lighting, including CR123, AA, AAA, C, or D batteries (one-time and rechargeable).

2. Balance the pressure between the tube annular room and the inside of motor.
