Idle control system and idle speed control valve testing

First, the idle speed control system on the car test 1, idle speed control system on the car there are three detection methods, may be appropriate to choose from. (1) Detection of engine idling After starting the engine in a cold state, the engine idling speed should reach the specified fast idle speed (usually 1500 r / min) when the warm-up process starts. After the engine reaches the normal operating temperature , Idle speed should be able to return to normal (usually 750r / min). If the cold start after the idle speed can not be changed according to the above rules, the idle speed control system is faulty. Engine to reach normal operating temperature, the air conditioner switch is turned on, the engine idle speed should be able to rise to about 900r / min. If the air conditioner switch is turned off after the engine speed, the idle speed control system is faulty. During idling of the engine, if the idle speed adjusting screw is turned slightly, the idle speed of the engine should not change (after rotating, the idle speed adjusting screw should be restored to its original position). If the idle speed changes in the rotation, indicating idle speed control system does not work. (2) Checking the working condition of the idle speed control valve For the pulse linear solenoid valve idle speed control valve, unplug the idle speed control valve harness connector while the engine is idling and observe whether there is any change in the engine speed. So when the engine speed changes, the idle speed control valve is working properly. For the stepper motor type idle control valve, you can listen to the idle control valve whether there is a "buzzing" working sound momentarily after the engine stalls (the stepper motor should work until the idle speed control valve is fully opened to facilitate the engine start). Such as idle control valve issued a "buzz" sound, the idle speed control valve is good. In order to check the operation status of the stepper motor type idle speed control valve, it is also possible to unplug the idling control valve harness connector before starting the engine and wait for the engine to start up before plugging in to see if there is any change in the engine speed. If the engine speed changes at this time, the idle speed control valve is working properly; otherwise, the idle speed control valve or the control circuit is faulty. (3) Detection of ECU control voltage For the pulse linear solenoid valve type idle speed control valve, disconnect the idle speed control valve harness connector and measure the terminal voltage with a multimeter voltage scale. If the idle speed control valve harness connector terminal has a pulse voltage output during engine operation, there is no problem with the ECU and idle speed control system wiring. If no pulse voltage output, open the air conditioner switch and then test. If there is still no pulse voltage output, the idle speed control system does not work. Check the line between ECU and idle speed control valve (if there is bad contact or open circuit fault); if there is no fault in the line of idle system, ECU should be replaced ECU. For stepper motor type idle control valve, set the ignition switch to "ON" position and measure the voltage value (should be 9-14V) between terminals ICS1, ICS2, ICS3, ICS4 and terminal E1 of ECU. If there is no voltage, ECU is faulty. Second, the idle speed control valve detection (1) idle speed control valve coil resistance detection Remove the idle speed control valve, with a multimeter Ω file to measure the value of the idle speed control valve coil resistance. Pulse linear solenoid valve idle speed control valve is only a group of coils, the resistance of 10-15Ω Stepper motor-type idle speed control valve usually 2-4 sets of coils, each set of coil resistance is 10-30Ω. If the coil resistance is not within the above range, the idle speed control valve should be replaced. (2) Check the operation of the stepper motor The battery power supply in a certain order to the stepper motor coil, you can make the stepper motor rotation. Various stepper motor coil form and terminal layout are different. Here to Crown 3.0 Sedan 2JZ-GE engine idle speed control valve stepper motor as an example of its inspection methods. First, connect the stepper motor connector terminals B1 and B2 to the positive terminal of the battery, and then connect the terminals S1, S2, S3, and S4 to the negative terminal of the battery sequentially (S1-S2-S3-S4) , The spool extends outward. If the terminals S1, S2, S3, and S4 are connected to the negative pole of the battery in the reverse order (S4-S3-S2-S1), the stepping motor should rotate in the opposite direction, Indent.

Pathological waste is a category of biohazardous waste. The parent category includes infectious animal bedding/feces, human and/or animal pathogens and disposable items contaminated with human blood or body fluids.

Sharps waste is a form of biomedical waste composed of used "sharps", which includes any device or object used to puncture or lacerate the skin. Sharps waste is classified as biohazardous waste and must be carefully handled.
