On September 5, Chairman and General Manager of Hafei Automobile Industry Group Co., Ltd. received an exclusive interview with Sina Auto. The following is an interview record.
Sina Automobile: At present, what kind of progress has been made in the joint venture project between Hafei and PSA?
Lian Gang: This should be said that the progress is very smooth, and the specific details are inconvenient, because there are no more cases.
Sina Auto: What plans does Hafei have for product development in the future?
Lian Gang: We have worked out a three-year plan, mainly returning to the main battlefield, focusing on mini vehicles, and of course, developing cars.
Sina Auto: Is there a new plan for cars?
Lian Gang: We have both improved and completely changed small-displacement cars. We will have new car models next year.
Sina Auto: How about the sales of Hafei in the first half of the year?
Lian Gang: Hafei's sales growth in the first half of the year was nearly 20%, and the efficiency was about 50%.
Sina Auto: What are the main products that sell better?
Lian Gang: The best is the Ling wing series of cars, which is an increase of 60%.
Sina Auto: Hafei will still take the road of self-development and self-development in the future?
Lian Gang: Hafei will certainly develop itself.
Sina Automobile: There is no problem of merger by other companies?
Even Gang: Certainly not.
Sina Auto: Before we heard about Dongfeng and Hafei's series of things.
Lian Gang: Hafei did not talk to any company about joint ventures, cooperation and acquisitions.
Sina Auto: The merger of state-owned assets will not be determined by the enterprise?
Lian Gang: Hafei will not do this.
Sina Motor: Which kind of company will it cooperate with?
Lian Gang: We have been negotiating with PSA and we may cooperate in the near future.
Sina Auto: Are there any differences between the two parties? About the joint venture project?
Lian Gang: There will certainly be opinions in the negotiation process.
Sina Auto: Why have you talked for five years and haven't gotten any results?
Lian Gang: Not talking for five years. It is constant contact. Overall, it is still very smooth.
Sina Auto: Is your negotiation to prevent Hafei from being acquired by another company?
Lian Gang: Hafei did not have any enterprise to acquire. There is no such problem. We do it according to established plans and guidelines.
Sina Auto: Can it have results this year?
Lian Gang: This is not easy to say.
