HS (R) Series Introduction:The HS(R) pump is a horizontal centrifugal heavy-duty slurry pump designed for continuous pumping of high-abrasive and high-density slurries with minimal maintenance requirements. It maintains high efficiency throughout the wear life of its components. The rubber and metal-lined pumps feature casings that are radially split into two halves, reducing maintenance and minimizing downtime. These pumps can be installed as multi-stage series.
Application:
The HS(R) series slurry pump is widely used in metallurgy, mining, mineral processing, dredging, de-watering, water treatment, coal washing, mill, cyclone feed, tailing, power, building material, etc. Different applications give rise to various names for these pumps such as Mineral Processing Pump, Mill Discharge Slurry Pump, Booster Pump, Feeding Pump, Tailing Pump, Transfer Pump, Thickener Underflow Pump, De-watering Screen Pump, Pressure Pump, Concentrate Pump, etc.
Features:
1. Replaceable wear-resistant metal or rubber linings and impellers, offering a long service life. 2. Easy adjustment of the space between the impeller and front liner, which can be completely removed during maintenance. 3. Bearing assembly uses grease lubrication. 4. Seal types include packing seal, expeller seal, and mechanical seal. 5. Discharge direction can be installed at intervals of 45 degrees as requested and oriented to any eight positions to suit different applications. 6. Drive types include V-belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices. 7. Wide application, good NPSH, and high efficiency. The series pump can be installed in multi-stage configurations to meet long-distance delivery needs.
