A scientific research achievement of Inner Mongolia Institute of Metrology won the autonomous region scientific and technological progress award

[ China Instrument Network Instrument R&D ] Recently, the research achievements of “F2 Level Weight Standard Device Mobile Laboratory R&D” developed by the Inner Mongolia Institute of Metrology won the third prize of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Science and Technology Progress Award.

F2 grade standard weight device mobile laboratory is China's first mobile laboratory for on-site verification of M1 level and the following 500kg, 1000kg standard weight, and has obtained the standard mobile laboratory equipment and self-filled airbag protection device. The patent has achieved a number of innovations that fill the gaps in the domestic field.
The use of mobile laboratory verification M1 grade 500kg, 1000kg weight compared with the traditional method has obvious advantages: for the use of tonnage weights of enterprises and grassroots measurement technology organizations on-site verification, saving customers a lot of manpower and material resources and transportation costs; mobile laboratory Equipped with exquisite lifting device, no need for users to provide additional auxiliary equipment such as lifting; change passive service to active service, solves the difficulty of using the unit of the tonnage to trace the source due to the inspection, and effectively protect the national quality The accuracy and reliability of the quantitative transmission system and its value have great development prospects and good social benefits.
The completion of this project effectively guaranteed the accuracy and reliability of the national transmission system. In June 2016, Inner Mongolia Institute of Metrology and Beijing Tongni Technology Co., Ltd. signed a contract for the conversion of patent technology and successfully realized the productization of scientific research results.
