The TY-9800J is a widely popular model in the XRF spectrometer series. It features a triple-ray protective system, an intuitive user interface, and a standardless analysis method based on advanced R&D results—VisualFp mathematical modeling. This approach considers energy relationships, atomic absorption, and enhancement effects between elements, as well as surface influence factors of materials. Through extensive data analysis, this technology has been developed to enhance X-ray fluorescence calculation methods.
