The use of CNC punch molding mold

Molding mold use note:

1. When using the molding die, the CNC punching machine is strictly prohibited without sheet metal stamping and can not be used to empty the die. At the same time, the tightness of the locking screw must be checked frequently, otherwise it will easily lead to the damage of the CNC punch and the forming die.

2. The forming direction of the forming mold should be selected as far as possible in order to avoid deformation of the product caused by the collision between the formed shape and the steel ball on the workbench.

3. The lower die of the upward forming die is usually higher than the standard lower die, so the punching die station next to it should not be used as much as possible to avoid indentation of the plate. When the forming die is not in use, remove the oil from the machine and store the die cabinet. Inside, prevent rust and dust from damaging the mold.

4. The closing height and punching stroke of each CNC punch press are different. Therefore, each set of molding tools must be adjusted to the shortest time when it is used for the first time, and it should not be used directly on another punching machine. It needs to be fine-tuned before use. Avoid damage to the machine and mold.

5, the full molding of the mold needs to be adjusted to a small distance, the operator must be patient and careful in this process. Fine-tuning methods are:

Adjust the height of die striking head assembly when adjusting for large distances;

CNC punch punch stroke can not be adjusted, it can only adjust the height of the die head assembly;

CNC punch punch stroke can be adjusted, only need to modify the machine parameters can be achieved when programming.

6. When programming, make sure to use the mold processing program, and reserve sufficient discharge time when programming, and put the press speed to the slowest, low-speed impact, so that the formed material has enough time to separate from the mold, avoiding the plate Deformation of the deformation and molding position.

7. For molds with high or unconventional molding, please do double-sided lubrication of the plate to strengthen the flowability of the plate during molding and reduce the chance of plate cracking.

8. The phenomenon of deformation caused by scratches and collisions in the high-profile molds exists. The auxiliary transition of the lower molds on both sides of the lower mold can avoid this problem.

9. The use of other forming dies around high forming dies, or the continued processing of standard punching dies, can cause deformation of the sheet.

10. The position where the sheet is formed should be as far away as possible from the clamps and the punching area. The sheet metal forming should be completed as far as possible in the stamping process.
