This sanitary butterfly valve can be controlled remotely via an actuator or manually using a handle. The actuator comes in three standard types: Normally Closed (NC), Normally Open (NO), and Air-to-Air (A/A). The actuator converts the linear movement of a piston into a 90° rotation of the valve shaft. When the valve disc makes contact with the gasket, the actuator increases torque to close the valve. The valve can also be mechanically locked in open, closed, or intermediate positions depending on the manual handle used.Technical Data
