WHOLE CORE FLAME RESISTANT CONVEYER BELT (PVC/PVG TYPE)
This type of conveyor belt is divided into two categories: PVC and PVG.
- PVC type conveyor belts have PVC coating on both top and bottom layers with a single-sided tape thickness of ≥1.0mm and an inclination angle of <16°.
- PVG type conveyor belts feature nitrile rubber and PVC on the upper and lower layers, offering TPE characteristics. The single-sided tape thickness ranges from 1mm to 3mm, and the inclination angle is <20°.
Structure
Manufactured using whole core technology through dipping and plastifying in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) dipping agent or vulcanization. These belts are fire retardant, anti-static, shock-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
Application
Used for underground coal mine haulage and material transportation in metallurgical and chemical industries.

General Steel Cord Conveyer Belt
It uses the new type steel cord as the tear resistant element. It has high tension strength, small elongation, excellent troughability and high flexibility, and it is applicable for the conveyance of materials with long distance, large freight volume and high speed.
Tear Resistant Steel Cord Conveyor Belt
On one side or two sides vertical that is perpendicular to the lengthways steel cable, evenly lay the reinforcing layer of the steel cable, steel cord, fabric, etc. It has excellent impact and tearing resistance performance.
Tear Resist Belt With Detector
It uses the new type steel cord as the tear resistant element. Between the steel cord conveyor belts' core rubber and bottom cover, build in the phase shift sensor (coil) at a certain distance lengthways.
It gives out an alarm and stops running automatically whenever a tearing of the belt is detected, or the belt runs abnormally and reaches the preset off speed.

Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt
Application
Heat resistant conveyer belt is mainly used to transport high temperature materials, such as sintering ore, hot coke, clinker, hat casting, etc.
Structure
EPDM or SBR as the covering layer rubber, and high modulus low shrinkage polyester or nylon canvas as the strong casing ply. This kind of belt can use the heat resistant woven glass fabric between the cover rubber and the layers to improve the working life of the belt.
