3   Technical introduction

3.1 Basic principles

A high-concentration filling material for the whole tailings is prepared by using a vertical sand silo. Through special vertical sand silo and pressure-controlled flow-assisted rhubarb pulping technology, the ultra-fine-grained full-tailed sand is directly prepared into a high-concentration mortar, and cement and other auxiliary materials are added according to a certain ratio, and the mixture is thoroughly stirred and mixed by a stirring tank. After adjusting the concentration, the high-concentration full-tail mortar or cemented full-tail mortar is transported to the goaf by gravity. Effectively control the ground pressure in the mining area to achieve safe and efficient mining of deep wells.

In the production, the topping mode is determined according to the top structure of the stope. The top of the stope is filled in stages , and the filling is stopped when filling the top plate of the stope at 0.3~0.5m . After the filling body is completely condensed, the high sand concentration is 1:4. Slurry, the last forced extrusion of the top, stop filling when filling or unsealing the dewatering tube.

3.2   Key technology

The stope filling technology mainly selects reasonable proportion and concentration of filling materials, adopts economical dewatering method and filling retaining wall structure to achieve safe mining and backfilling purposes.

The principle of filling ratio is as follows: ( 1 ) The stress applied to the filling body is less than the strength of the filling body, and the influence of blasting vibration on the stability of the filling body is considered, and the safety factor F>1.2 is taken ; ( 2 ) the strength of the filling body satisfies the pillar Under the premise of mining requirements, the cement consumption should be reduced as much as possible to save the filling cost. The mining method requires that the strength of the filling body is greater than 2Mpa , and the mixing strength test of the full tailings is required. The slurry concentration needs to be maintained at 73%~75% . The bottom structure of the stope and the position of the central diverticulum are filled with the slurry with a sand-sand ratio of 1:4 , and the position of the top diverticulum is filled with a 1:10 slurry. The rest of the position is appropriately reduced according to the height of the filling body, and the position with a large difference in height may be partially filled with a mortar with a sand ratio of 1:12 to reduce the cement consumption.
