How to Disassemble the Electric Box of a Capacitive Pressure Transmitter

1. Unscrew the cover on the terminal side to reach the signal terminal (power terminal). They are firmly fastened in the electrical box. Do not disassemble it. Otherwise, the seal between the two chambers will be destroyed, thus destroying the chamber. Explosion-proof structures do not achieve explosion-proof ratings.

2. Unscrew the cover on both sides of the circuit, you can touch the intelligent electronic components and display head, should develop a good habit; first disconnect the power, then go to the next circuit side of the cover.

3. Unscrew the fixed M4 screws on the circuit board and use this M4 screw to screw in the corresponding M4 screw hole of the amplifier board to remove the amplified circuit.

4. After verifying the circuit board, the zero and span adjustment screws should be aligned first so that the slotted slot is perpendicular to the verification board and the inspection board can be easily removed.

5, remove the nameplate, remove the assembly ring in the zero, zero adjustment screw, you can remove the zero and range and adjustment screws.

The separation of the components of the capacitive differential pressure transmitter from the electrical box:

1. Remove the enlarged circuit board and the verification board as described above.

2. Loosen the screw.

3. Unscrew the sensor assembly from the electrical box. Be careful! Do not damage the leads on the module. Carefully pull out the sensor assembly outlet from the hole in the electrical box. Pay particular attention when you remove the sensor assembly. Do not damage the diaphragm of the assembly.

4. The capacitive transmitter assembly is an integral welded part that cannot be decomposed.
