Main Features
1) The vertical and horizontal combined sander can effectively solve the problems of carving furniture components and vertical sand marks on cabinet doors.2) This model adopts the concept of foreign modular design, touch screen + PLC control, each group of sanding units are used frequency control, in order to meet the requirements of different parts processing technology, so that the sanding effect is more perfect.
3) Each set of sanding units is designed as a pull-out sand frame, making it possible to replace the sanding strips or sanding parts more easily for maintenance.
4) This model has two sets of lifting devices. The first set of devices allows the entire table to move up and down to achieve an overall adjustment of the height of the sand frame. The second set of devices allows each group of sanding units to be individually raised and lowered in order to meet the requirements of different workpiece sanding processes, making the sanding effect more perfect.
Advantage:
1. Faults Display fitted (sanding paper right and left deviation, inadequate air pressure, emergency knob, over thickness work piece). It's easy to judge basic equipment trouble. Faults emergency stop adopts automatically descend protection facility, the panel surface won't be damaged from emergency stop.
2. Conveyor speed adjusted by stepless speed control (frequency controller is optional), easy adjusting. It can be adjusted as per the work piece in processing to improve sanding quality.
3. Conveyor use marble material, its shape won't be changed because of temperature.
Precision and grinding duration is higher than steel conveyor.
4. The safety device: On the control panel has an emergency stop button (latching), left and right side in the sand shelf containing two photoelectric switch; relay pressure in low pressure pneumatic system operation, equipped with disc brakes on the motor pulley to parking brake to ensure rapid emergency occurs.
