Q. What type of mould tool do I need?
A. Mould tools can be either single cavity (one part at a time) or multi-cavity (2,4, 8 or 16 parts at a time). Single cavity tools are generally used for small quantities, up to 10,000 parts per year whereas multi-cavity tools are for larger quantities. We can look at your projected annual requirements and recommend which would be best for you.

 

Q.Ok, I've decided to go ahead with my project. How long will it take to get my parts?
A. It can take 3-6 weeks to have the mould tool manufactured depending on the part's complexity and the number of impressions (single or multi). After we have received final approval by you of the new tool, you can expect delivery of parts within 3-5 days.

Slide rails, also known as guide rails and slide rails, refer to the hardware connection components fixed to the cabinet of the furniture for the drawer or cabinet board of furniture to move in and out.  The slide rail is suitable for the connection of drawers such as cabinets, furniture, document cabinets, bathroom cabinets and other wooden and steel drawers.

 Whether these large and small drawers can be pushed and pulled smoothly and freely depends on the support of the slide rails.  From the current technology point of view, the bottom slide is better than the side slide, and the overall connection to the drawer is better than the three-point connection.  The materials, principles, structures, and craftsmanship of drawer slides vary widely. High-quality slides have low resistance, long life, and smooth drawers.

 Inside the slide rail, which is invisible to the naked eye, is its bearing structure, which is directly related to its bearing capacity.  At present, there are both steel ball slides, roller slides and silicon wheel slides on the market.  The former automatically removes dust and dirt on the slide rail through the rolling of the steel balls, thereby ensuring the cleanness of the slide rail and preventing the sliding function from being affected by the dirt entering the interior.  At the same time, the steel balls can spread the force to all sides, ensuring the stability of the drawer horizontally and vertically.  The debris generated by the silicon wheel slide rail during long-term use and friction is snow flake, and it can be brought up by rolling, which will not affect the sliding freedom of the drawer.

 How to choose a quality slide?

 Test steel
 How much the drawer can bear depends on the quality of the steel of the track. The thickness of the steel of the drawer of different specifications is different, and the load is also different.  When buying, you can pull out the drawer and press it slightly with your hand to see if it will loosen, rattle or flip.
 Look at the material
 The material of the pulley determines the comfort of the drawer when sliding.  Plastic pulleys, steel balls, and abrasion-resistant nylon are the three most common types of pulley materials. Among them, abrasion-resistant nylon is the top grade. When sliding, it is quiet and silent.  Depending on the quality of the pulley, you can push and pull the drawer with one finger. There should be no astringency or noise.
 Pressure device
 Choose the key points to see if the pressure device works well, just try it more!  See if it `s effortless and easy to brake.  It should be noted that although the pressure device is good, it is more expensive.
