   The WRY series hot oil pump is a centrifugal-type hot oil circulation pump capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 350°C. It has been widely used in heat carrier heating systems and is now applied in various industries such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, plastics, pharmaceuticals, textiles, printing and dyeing, road construction, and food processing. It is primarily designed for conveying weakly corrosive and high-temperature fluids without solid particles.
Application
    Chemical Industry: In the chemical industry, the WRY hot oil pump can be used in chemical units like polymerization, condensation, distillation, concentration, and evaporation, providing heat for corresponding equipment.
   Petrochemical Industry: In the petrochemical industry, the WRY hot oil pump can be used in synthesis, reaction, distillation, and heat preservation devices for asphalt and heavy oil, as well as tank heating and fuel oil heating.
  Mechanical Industry: In the mechanical industry, the WRY hot oil pump can be used in electroplating treatment equipment, heat treatment equipment, spray drying, rolling mills, baking technology, and melt casting, among others, involving heat conduction oil heating.
  Pharmaceutical Industry: Heat transfer oil is an indirect heat transfer medium. Its greatest advantage is accurate control of the heating process during heat transfer, which benefits effective process control and product quality.
  Oil and Oil Chemical Industry: In the oil industry, the WRY hot oil pump can be used in fatty acid distillation units, oil decomposition devices, vacuum deodorization devices, lipidization devices, distillation, and concentrators.

Structural Characteristics:
WRY series hot oil pump:
(1) Uses packing seal combined with mechanical seal, with high-temperature resistant packing and good thermal adaptability, and mechanical seal made of hard alloy material with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, ensuring sealing performance under high temperature conditions.
(2) Utilizes third-generation PTFE (PTFE) lip seals, significantly improving sealing performance, 25 times more reliable than rubber seals, and highly corrosion-resistant.

The Characteristics of the Pump:
   The WRY series hot oil pump is the second generation product developed by our company after learning and absorbing foreign technologies. The basic structure is single-stage, single-suction cantilever support. The pump inlet is axial suction, the outlet is vertically upward, and it is mounted on a base with a motor.
The WRY series hot oil pump uses ball bearings at both ends. The front end is lubricated with oil, and the back end with grease. A guide pipe is located in the middle for observing the sealing condition and recycling the conduction oil.
The traditional water cooling structure has been replaced with a natural cooling structure, making it simpler, smaller in size, lower in operation cost, better in performance, and more reliable in usage.
