DESCRIPTION
The 2SK series two-stage liquid ring vacuum pumps are designed to perform efficiently in various industrial applications. These pumps are an advanced version of the SK series water ring vacuum pumps and were developed in the 1980s to meet the demand for higher vacuum levels and greater pumping speed under high vacuum conditions. Unlike the SK series, which can only achieve a maximum vacuum of -700 mmHg, the 2SK series offers improved performance, making it suitable for more demanding environments.

APPLICATION
These pumps are widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, food, medicine, textile, papermaking, and electronics. They are suitable for processes like vacuum drying, degassing, concentration, evaporation, and impregnation. When combined with Roots vacuum pumps and atmospheric jet pumps, they can create efficient vacuum systems that achieve high vacuum levels while minimizing power consumption.
Regular Selection for Water (Liquid) Ring Vacuum Pump
1. Based on the vacuum value
(1) If the pump is operated for a long time with inlet pressure between 1.3×10â´~1×10âµ Pa (between 100 and 760 Torr), choose the SK series water ring vacuum pump.
(2) If the pump is operated for a long time with inlet pressure between 5×10³~1.3×10ⴠPa (between 40 and 100 Torr), choose the 2SK series water ring vacuum pump.
(3) If the pump is operated for a long time with inlet pressure between 1×10³~1.3×10ⴠPa (between 8 and 100 Torr), choose the 2YK series liquid ring vacuum pump.
2. Working Media
There are four principles to choose working media (i.e., ring liquids):
(1) Lower saturated steam pressure
(2) Lower viscosity
(3) Stable physical and chemical properties; no chemical reaction with the pumped gas; no corrosion to the pump; no pollution to the environment.

Use packing seals in general occasions; use mechanical seals when the pump is used in non-leakage situations.

The open circulation system should be used if the working liquid in the outlet does not need to be circulated or partially circulated.
The closed circulation system should be used if the working liquid in the outlet must be circulated.

HIPS plastic also named High Impact Polystyrene ,is most used in Point of Sale (POS), display and signage market due to its visual appearance (colour options, gloss level, texture), the ease with which it can be processed along with its antistatic and electrical conductivity.
HDPE plastic also named High-Density Polyethylene,is widely used in indoor and outdoor applications including bottles, playground equipment packaging and furniture. It is a plastic with high tensile strength, and good chemical and corrosion resistance.And it has properties of recycling,UV stabilised, improved impact resistance.
PP Plastic also named Polypropylene,is similar to PE. But PE is more harder more heat resistant.But PP is more durable.Mostly plastic tray is produced by PP plastic.
PMMA plastic also named acrylic or glass fiber.It has properties of tensile strength, transparency, polishability and UV tolerance but less impact strength.It is available in clear, antiglare, opal, white, and frosted.It is best choice for windows, displays or see-through enclosures.
PETG named Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol is another clear rigid plastic sheet.PETG is easily vacuum formed, printed, bonded and polished. As its' excellent clarity and impact resistance, it is widely used in outdoor application.
PC named polycarbonate, has combined advantage of PMMA and ABS. Usually is transparency and semi- transparency. It is expensive but that is best choice for clear plastic vacuum forming.
ASA is one new material which has all good properties of ABS. But much good UV resistant for outdoor usage. It usually be used for radome,air conditioning housing etc outdoor products.
Meanwhile, ABS capped acylic combined the good properties of ABS and acylic. ABS capped polycarbonate combined the good properties of ABS and polycarbonate.If you need high glossy surface for your design,then this is your only choice.
