DESCRIPTION
The 2SK series two-stage liquid ring vacuum pumps are designed to operate efficiently, similar to two SK series water ring vacuum pumps. While the SK series vacuum pumps can only achieve a maximum vacuum of -700 mmHg, the 2SK series was developed in the 1980s to meet the need for high vacuum and large pumping speed under such conditions. This pump is particularly suitable for applications requiring high performance in vacuum environments.

APPLICATION
It can be applied to vacuum drying, vacuum degassing, vacuum concentration, vacuum evaporation, and vacuum impregnation processes in chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, food, medicine, textile, papermaking, and electrical industries (including the electronics field). It can be combined with Roots vacuum pumps and atmospheric jet pumps to create a vacuum system that achieves high vacuum, high efficiency, and low power consumption.
Regular Selection for Water (Liquid) Ring Vacuum Pump
1. Based on the vacuum value
(1) If the pump is operated for a long time with an inlet pressure range between 1.3×10â´~1×10âµ Pa (between 100 and 760 Torr), please choose the SK series water ring vacuum pump.
(2) If the pump is operated for a long time with an inlet pressure range between 5×10³~1.3×10ⴠPa (between 40 and 100 Torr), please choose the 2SK series water ring vacuum pump.
(3) If the pump is operated for a long time with an inlet pressure range between 1×10³~1.3×10ⴠPa (between 8 and 100 Torr), please choose the 2YK series liquid ring vacuum pump.
2. Working Media
There are four principles to choose working media (i.e., ring liquids);
(1) Lower saturated steam pressure
(2) Lower viscosity
(3) Stable physical and chemical features; no chemical reaction with the pumped gas; no corrosion to the pump; no pollution to the environment.

Choose the packing seal in general occasions; choose the mechanical seal when the pump is used in a no-leak occasion.

6. Composition methods of the water ring vacuum pump system
The open circulation system should be used if the working liquid in the outlet does not need to be circulated or only partially circulated.
The closed circulation system should be used if the working liquid in the outlet must be circulated.
