Description

The S series pumps are single stage, double suction, horizontal split case pumps designed for high-volume water transfer across a wide range of applications. These pumps are available in 43 different sizes, ranging from 80mm to 400mm discharge, with capacities up to 4,000 cubic meters per hour and heads up to 160 meters. The design allows for easy maintenance, as components can be assembled or disassembled without the need for special tools. Major wear parts and replaceable components are easily accessible, reducing downtime and effort during maintenance, even without removing the suction and discharge piping.



Features

These pumps use a horizontal, vertical-axis medium open type double pump shell structure with lining made of cemented carbide or rubber, offering excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high reliability. They are equipped with high-efficiency hard alloys and low NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head) for better performance. The bearing parts are designed with a compact structure and high load capacity, using alloy grease lubrication for smooth operation. Adjusting the clearance between the protection board and impeller ensures efficient pump operation. They support various sealing options such as packing seal, impeller seal, and container-type mechanical seal, adapting to different operating conditions. The pump can be driven by belt, coupling, hydraulic transmission, or reducer drive. The outlet direction can be rotated in eight angles to suit different installation requirements. Multiple series are available to meet long-distance transmission needs.
