1- Energy-efficient:
Adopts American Gardner-Denver technology. The rotational speed of the blower is 3600 rpm. The faster the rotational speed, the greater the centrifugal force, the higher the efficiency, and the lower the power consumption. In the same air capacity and pressure, the energy consumption of the multistage centrifugal blower is 15-25% lower than that of the Roots blower.
2- Non-bolt Installation:
Small vibrations, the bearing vibration of the blower is less than 4mm/s. Our multistage centrifugal blower is the only non-bolt installation blower in China.
3- Customized High-Speed Efficient Broadband Motor:
The motor frequency is 30-70Hz, and the motor's rotational speed is 4000 rpm. The motor's bearing is a Swedish SKF bearing. The main shaft of the motor is ceramic-plated to eliminate magnetism.
4- Monitoring Device:
The monitoring device real-time monitors electricity, voltage, rotational speed, vibration, and temperature. When the temperature or vibration of the blower exceeds the set range, the monitoring device will automatically cut off power to protect the blower.
5- Air Cooling:
The bearings and oil box are located on both ends of the blower to isolate the heat from the rotors, and there is a fan for cooling. Air cooling can be used in low temperatures, reducing the usage cost.
6- Long Service Life:
The blower housing is cast from HT250 high-grade cast iron. The impeller is made of aluminum alloy. The bearing uses a Swedish SKF bearing. The service life of the multistage centrifugal blower is up to 10 years.
7- American Shell Lubricant:
The multistage centrifugal blower uses American Shell lubricant. This lubricant reduces bearing wear and lowers maintenance costs compared to grease.
 
Blower Housing Structure:

1. The blower housing is made of high-quality cast iron. The pressure is adjusted by changing the number of impellers.
2. There are various options for inlet and outlet orientation design, allowing users to choose based on their site conditions.
 
Rotar Device

1. The impeller is cast using gravity and steel molds to ensure accuracy.
2. Each single impeller is statically balanced, and the assembled rotor is dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation of the blower.
3. Each series of blowers is designed with a variety of performance impellers.
4. The balance plate is a utility model patent, significantly reducing axial force on the bearing, improving efficiency, and extending the bearing life.
 
Complete Blower

1. The entire structure of the blower has a patent for appearance.
2. The blower and motor are fixed on a steel base. The whole blower can be placed directly on a hardened cement ground without anchors, making installation easy.
 
Bearing Device

1. The bearing device is fixed on both ends of the blower, significantly reducing the bearing temperature and making routine maintenance easier.
2. Shaft seal uses labyrinth seal, carbon ring, and suction seal. The suction seal is a utility model patent.
